We did the field work for a first-of-its-kind Web management audit at the World Bank and IFC.
As an Internal Auditing Division consultant, we developed a comprehensive methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s Web site management. The scope of work included an expert "heuristic" review of sample sites and pages, in-depth interviews with key managers plus an analysis of the organizational structure and program documentation. A stakeholder survey also provided insights.
The final reports served as the foundation of the official audit presented to the organization’s leadership.
User-Advocacy Makes an Impact at the USAF.Working as the primary user experience and usability advocate at HQ, our expertise in federal content management and citizen service level guidelines made a difference. We championed enhancing usability and service level agreement standards for the USAF Intranet, called the AF Portal, across Web and phone channels.
