In 2004, she founded Communication Design Group, a New Jersey based studio with a speciality in branding and marketing materials for both print and Web. Prior to opening her firm, she was Senior Art Director at Hunt Corporation.

Earlier, she spent over a decade at two of Philadelphia's leading advertising agencies: Grey & Rodgers and Tierney & Partners.
